The bomb settlement squad of Jammu and Kashmir Police successfully defined three RPG shells found in Narwal area of Jammu district in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, preventing a possible accident in the area.
No injury or damage was reported in the incident.
The incident occurs at a time when the Security Force has recently maintained a high vigilance in Jammu and Kashmir after Pahalgam Terror Attack and Operation Sindoor.

Earlier on May 23, in an important operation targeting the terrorist ecosystem in Jammu province, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police conducted a coordinated raids at 18 places in four districts, resulting in adequate weakness material recovery, a official statement from Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Carefully planned impressions were simultaneously executed by SIA teams, supported by local police and magistrates, to destroy sleeper cells as part of the ongoing campaign of the agency and disrupt terrorist networks in the region.
Out of the 18 places raided, twelve Sarankot was in subdivision and three in Haveli Tehsil of Poonch district. Additional operations were conducted at every place in Rajouri Town (Rajouri district), Ramnagar (Udhampur district), and Ramban.
A large amount of increasing material has been confiscated, which is secured according to the established legal protocol. The material is currently subject to detailed investigation, and further investigation is underway. Several suspects have been called to attend the investigation in Siya Jammu.
