Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that all states should work together to make India a developed country and get the vision of a ‘Wiktam Bharat’ by 2047.
In an official statement, Prime Minister Modi said that we should be committed to developing every state, every city and every village, and only then we will be able to make the country a Vikasit India.
The Prime Minister on Saturday first chaired the meeting of the 10th Governing Council of Niti Ayog at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
The Chief Minister and Lieutenant Governor participated in it, which represented 24 states and seven center areas.
This year’s theme Vikasit Bharat was a worthy state for@2047. The meeting began with a one -minute silence in memory of the victims of the Pahgam terror attack.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that every Indian wiking for the country aspires to be India.
“This is not the agenda of any party, but the aspiration of 140 crore Indians. If all states work together at this goal, we will make great progress. We should be committed to developing every state, every city and every village, and then Vikit India will get a lot before 2047.”
The PM said that India is one of the top five economies in the world, and 25 crore has survived.
He emphasized that India needs to accelerate this change and encouraged the states to take advantage of its manufacturing strength.
He said that India has announced the manufacturing mission and global investors are interested in the country. The Prime Minister encouraged the states to use the opportunity and make it easier for investment.
Citing recent trade agreements with UAE, UK and Australia, he said that states should use it for optimal.
Emphasizing skilling, the Prime Minister said that NEP emphasizes education and skilling. He said that states should plan various skills which are associated with modern techniques like AI, semiconductor and 3D printing.
He said that we can become the skills of the world due to our demographic dividend. The Prime Minister said that a scheme of Rs 60,000 crore for skilling has been approved by Goi.
“States should focus on modern training infrastructure and rural training hub to increase skilling,” he said.
The PM cited cyber security as an opportunity along with a challenge. Hydrogen and green energy was emphasized by them as an arena of immense ability and opportunities.
The PM said that the G20 summit helped India to be recognized as a global tourist destination, but the states should take advantage of the opportunity. He urged the states to develop at least one tourist destinations that meet global standards and expectations. He said that 25-30 such tourist places can be built all over India.
The PM noticed that India was rapidly urbanization. He asked the states to make cities an engine of stability and development and urged them to focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
He said that a urban challenge fund of Rs 1 lakh crore is being made for seed money.
The PM emphasized the great power of India’s women power. He urged the changing laws for women so that they could join the development trajectory. They saw that public and private sectors should improve for working women, with their ease of working.
In addition, the PM encouraged the states to interlink rivers within the states to fight water scarcity and floods. He appreciated Bihar, which recently launched a Kosi-Muchi connection grid. He also appreciated the Aspirational Districts Program, which has been successful through collective efforts.
The Prime Minister said that we should focus on laboratory-to agriculture in agriculture. He talked about the Vikasi Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan, in which about 2,500 scientists will go to villages and rural centers in the coming days to discuss topics such as crop diversification and chemical-free farming. He asked all CMs to support this effort.
The Prime Minister emphasized the need to focus on distribution of health services. He said that we should check oxygen plants and preparations to prepare for any covid-related challenges. He said that the states need to expand telemedicine so that good doctors can be connected to district hospitals and e-lifestyle, and teleconstation benefits should be provided.
The Prime Minister mentioned that Operation Sindoor should not be considered as an initiative, and we should adopt a long-term approach. He also said that we should modernize our views for civil preparations. He said that recently mock drill has attracted our attention to civil defense, and states should institutionalize civil security.
CMS and LGS praised Operation Sindoor for their accuracy and targeted attacks, causing destruction of the terrorist infrastructure.
In one voice, he praised the leadership of the PM and the valor of the armed forces. He also praised efforts towards the Amanmarbhart in the defense sector, which has strengthened the defense forces and strengthened confidence in our abilities.
The Chief Minister and Lieutenant Governors made various suggestions for the vision of the Vikasit state for the Vikasit Bharat @ 2047 and also discussed the steps being taken in their states.
Some major suggestions and best practices were highlighted, which were in the fields of agriculture, education and skill development, entrepreneurship, drinking water, drinking water, compliance, governance, digitization, women empowerment, cyber security, etc., many states also shared their efforts to make a state vision for 2047.
Prime Minister Modi asked the result to study the suggestions of the states and Unio areas held during the meeting.
He said that Niti Aayog’s 10th Governing Council meeting is a milestone in its 10 -year journey, which defines and underlines the vision for 2047.
He observed that the Governing Council meetings have helped nation-building and emerged as a platform for joint action and shared aspirations.
Finally, he expressed his gratitude to all CMS and LGS for attending the meeting and sharing his ideas and experiences, and expressed confidence that India is progressing on the route to meet the vision of the Vacted state for India @2047 through the power of cooperative federalism. (AI)
