The all-party delegation meets Japanese MPs, repeats India’s strong resolve to fight terrorism

The all-party parliamentary delegation led by JD (U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha held a meeting with former Japanese Defense Minister Minoru Kihara and Shinko Tsuchia, Director General of International Bureau, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) on Friday.

During the meeting, members of Parliament reiterated India’s strong resolve to fight terrorism in every form.

In a post on X, the Indian Embassy in Japan said, “Former Japanese Defense Minister, Mr. Minaru Kihara, and Director General of International Bureau, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Director Mr. Mainru Kihara with all party delegations from India with a fruiting interaction.

Earlier in the day, the All-party parliamentary delegation met the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and former Japan’s former Justice Minister Yasuhiro Hanashi with the acting chairman of the Research Committee on pre-conversion. In their meeting, the MPs in all their forms highlighted India’s “integrated and determined stance” against terrorism.

“The All-party delegation from India met Mr. Yasuhiro Hanashi, the acting chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) on terrorism and former minister of the Justice and former minister. India’s integrated and all his forms were highlighted against terrorism.

The all-party delegation met the diplomatic core in Tokyo and confirmed India’s “unbreakable national resolution” against terrorism.

The Indian Embassy in Japan said in a post on X, “All party delegations with diplomatic core in @Indianmbtokyo with diplomatic core in Tokyo to Tokyo re -added India’s unwavering national resolve against terrorism. United in Voice, Firm in action,”

On Thursday, an all-party delegation attended the inaugural session of Raisina Tokyo 2025. In the session, the speakers reiterated Japan’s support for India’s fight against terrorism.

In a post on X, the Indian Embassy in Japan said, “All party parliamentary delegations from India participated in the inaugural session of Raisina Tokyo 2025, included leaders and experts from India, Japan, and in the Indo-Pacific sector. Speakers in the session reiterated Japan’s support for Japanese terrorism.”

An all-party parloementary delegation from India, LED by Sanjay Kumar Jha, Includes Ambassador Mohan Kumar, Bjp Mp Hemang Joshi, CPI (M) MP John Brittas, Tm John Brittas, TMC MP Abhishek BANERJEE, BJP BANERJEE Aparajita Sarangi, BJP MP Brij Lal, and BJP MP PRADAN Baruah.

The delegation met Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Ivea on Thursday. Indian MPs also met former Japanese PM Yoshihide Suga and the current vice-president of the Liberal Democratic Party and president of the Japan-India Association as well as Takashi Endo, Chairman of the Representatives Assembly Committee on National Security. The official statement said that the two leaders confirmed Japan’s continuous support for India’s efforts against terrorism.

The Indian delegation also held a conversation with the leading Japanese think tank, briefing the participants on India’s zero tolerance policy on terrorism. The participants expressed strong support for India’s anti -terrorism stance during the discussion.

The all-party delegation projected India’s national consent and a firm approach to combat terrorism in all its forms and expressions. This will tell the world a strong message of zero tolerance for terrorism. (AI)
