Srinagar, May 20, KDC: In the achievement of a pride, a youth of Bandipora has given highly competitive Norceet -8 exam qualification.
Abrar Ahmed Lone, son of Mohammad Maqbool Lone of Lone Mohalla Ajas in Bandipora, has been selected as a nursing officer in AIIMS Delhi, one of the country’s top medical institutions.
Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (Norcet) -8 run by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is a national level examination for the recruitment of nursing officers in various AIIMS and central government hospitals across India.
The exam was held in two phases: Stage I (Preliminary) on April 12, 2025 and Stage II (Computer-based tests) on May 2, 2025.
Abrar’s achievement is among thousands of candidates across the country, which reflect their hard work, determination and educational excellence. His selection for AIIMS Delhi has brought happiness and pride for his family and the entire Bandipora district.
