The Jammu and Kashmir Police said on Tuesday that the land of 29 Marlus belonging to three Pakistan -based terrorist handlers in Sopore is attached.
According to the police spokesperson, Bhumi Ali Mohammad is the son of Ali Mohammad Teli’s Ali Mohammad Teli’s son, who is Abdur Khalik Dar’s Abdul Khalik Dar and Nazir Ahmed Dar’s son Ahmed Dar @umar Dar @comar Dar @Shabir Elahi son, who is both of Ghulam Rasul Dar.
The property attachment is connected to FIR No. 28/2008, which is registered at Police Station Sopore, Section 2/3 of Amico Act, Section 120-B and 121 of IPC and under Section 7/25-27 of Arms Act.
After appropriate approval from the competent court, action under Section 82 and 83 of CRPC was carried out by the Sopore Police in coordination with the revenue officials. Earlier, the three were declared criminals declared by the Honorable Court.
The objective of the attachment has put pressure on the absconding to accuse the accused to appear before the Hon’ble Court and face the law.
