A resort in Jaipur has filed an FIR for crores for crores for GST notice against Ritesh Aggarwal owned by Oyo, alleging that the travel booking platform provided “misinformation” as a result of the notice.
According to a report by The Indian Express, an FIR was filed on the basis of complaint by Madan Jain at Ashok Nagar Police Station in Jaipur. Jain, who is associated with Sanskar Resorts, said that his hotel was served a reason notice. 2.66 crore from GST (Goods and Services Tax) office.
