Beijing:
China refuses to return against the aggression of the United States, even US President Donald Trump decorated Levi for 125 percent on Chinese imports. Beijing on Thursday warned that the American tariffs “go against the whole world” and Washington asked to meet the “halfway” in a growing trade war between the world’s two largest economies.
On Trump’s new taxes, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said the US tariffs “the rule-based multilateral trading system seriously damage, and seriously affects the stability of the global economic order.”
The ministry said, “This is a clear task that goes against the wishes of the world and goes against the whole world.”
He urged the United States, a spokesman of the Ministry of Commerce,,, meanwhile, to meet the United States to stop the growing trade war, but he vowed to “fight” to the end, if a compromise could not be reached.
“The door of the dialogue is open, but it should be based on mutual respect and should be held in a similar way,” Yongkian said.
On Wednesday, Beijing may respond again after slapping 84 percent of tariffs on US imports to match Trump’s first tariff salvo. This has vowed to “fight to the end” in the growing trade war between the world’s top two economies.
Trump tariff on China
US President Trump’s sudden decision took a sudden decision to prevent the heaviest duties he had put in dozens of countries, he gave relief for global stock markets on Thursday, even he explained a trade war with China, the world’s second largest economy and the second largest provider of American imports.
Trump increased the tariff on sugar imports up to 125 percent from the level of 104 percent on Wednesday.
However, the US President has said that a proposal with China on trade is also possible.
“China wants to make a deal,” said Trump. “They don’t know how to go about it.”
But Trump officials have said that they would prioritize interaction with other countries with Vietnam, Japan, South Korea and others, who are ready to try and strike a bargain.
Beijing’s strategy
With more tariffs on China, Beijing is reaching other countries which seems to be an attempt to form a united front against Washington’s threat.
China has interacted with the European Union and Malaysia over the strengthening of trade in response to stress, although Australia stated that it had rebuilt a proposal from Beijing, its top business partner, to work together to combat tariffs.
Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marls told Sky News, “We are not going to hold hands with China regarding any competition going on in the world.”
The hopes of the state’s support helped to pursue Chinese shares on Thursday, even its yuan currency fell to its weakest level since the global financial crisis.
Chinese vendors on Amazon are preparing to increase prices for the US or leaving the market due to tariff shock according to a report by Reuters.
