The Yoga Session at World Trade Center starts counting 75-day vomiting for International Yoga Day

Arun Jain, 08/04/2025

New York:

Yoga Matt was rolled out as a special program in the highest building in the Western Hemisphere at the prestigious New York City Landmark World Trade Center, kickstarted on the 75-day-day count on the 11th international day of yoga.

India’s Consulate in New York hosted a special “yoga session” yoga session for the yoga session, which is a count of the 11th international day of Yoga, which will be remembered globally on 21 June.

Ignoring the extension of Manhattan and New Jersey, the special yoga session was held in the morning -1,776 feet tall One World Trade Center on the 102nd floor of a world observatory on a rain in the morning, at the One World Trade Center, built near the site of twin towers, which was destroyed in 9/11 terror attacks.

In New York, India’s Consulate Binaya Pradhan told the participants that the 75-day vomiting count in the more than the hour session is the International Day Yoga.

The special yoga session at the One World Observatory was led by the famous yoga and meditation instructor Ruchika Lal of the Art of Living Foundation and New York Vishal Harsha was India’s Deputy Consul General, Indian NRIS, students, Yoga enthusiasts and members of doctors.

Pradhan kicted the reverse count with “the 102nd floor of the Forest World Trade Center with an intimate yoga session -” the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and the symbol of flexibility and hope “, the consulate said in a post on X.

“The session includes a powerful way of starting the day with meditation and positivity. Meditation, Yogasan, Breath and Self -informability technology. The session brought members of the Indian NRIS and Friends of India together to the shared celebration of health, harmony and overall life,” the post said.

Lal told PTI that “a site in which the most horrific work of terrorism was, now bringing people together in yoga”.

Describing the session as “amazing”, he said “a yoga session from the top of the world” is the best way to count yoga till the International Day of Yoga.

Before starting the yoga session, Lal told the participants that the location of the Forest World Trade Center has a violent history, which refers to the 9/11 attacks, but he said that “Yoga is about bringing all the people together, to bring the brains together. To bring the brains together. That we are all coming here in peace, it is quite unrighteous.” At the memory of Yoga Day in June, several programs will be held across the US – from Times Square and United Nations Headquarters to other prestigious destinations – concluding the grand yoga day celebrations.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi led a historic Yoga Day Smritotsav in the Northern Lawn at the United Nations Headquarters in 2023, nine years of proposing from the United Nations General Assembly Podium to mark 21 June from the United Nations General Assembly Podium on 21 June as an annual memory.
