Prince Harry loses appeal against personal safety ruling

Prince Harry has lost his appeal against a High Court ruling regarding his safety in the UK.

February, Duke of Sussex lost legal challenge Opposed to the Home Office’s decision to change his personal security level when he visits the UK.

His lawyer argued that he “being singled out” and treated “less favorably” In the decision, it means he will no longer have the “same degree” of taxpayer-funded personal protective security when visiting.

However, the High Court ruled that the decision to change his security status was not unlawful or “unreasonable” and that there was no “procedural unfairness”.

On Wednesday, a judicial spokesman said Harry’s initial appeal against the decision had failed.
