Joe Biden and Donald Trump won their respective parties’ presidential primaries this week in the Midwestern state of Wisconsin. After securing two nominations, the two candidates are vying for victory in Wisconsin, one of a handful of swing states that could decide the 2024 election. VOA’s Scott Stearns reports that the campaign is working hard to win over black voters in Wisconsin.
