King Charles jokes about Queen Camilla during Easter walk in Windsor

King Charles pokes fun at his wife, Queen Camilla, during their Easter walk in Windsor on Sunday (March 31).

Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer in January and is currently undergoing treatment, met the public after his annual Easter service.

A woman in the crowd told him: “Your Majesty, Camilla is now 17 years old, my King Charles Spaniel.”

Charles later joked: “I’d buy a new one too.”

The king’s appearance on Sunday appeared to reassure the public after the royal family suffered a double cancer scare.

The Princess of Wales, who announced her diagnosis more than a week ago, did not attend.
