Gisele Bundchen denies cheating rumors during marriage to Tom Brady

Gisele Bündchen has confirmed her new romance with jiu-jitsu coach Joaquim Valente and denied claims she cheated on her husband during her marriage to Tom Brady.

“It’s a lie,” Bündchen, 43, told New York Times In a profile released Saturday, she was asked directly about the allegations that she had an affair with her jiu-jitsu coach.

The Brazilian model and the former NFL star were married for 13 years before finally divorcing in October 2022. Romance speculation arose after Bundchen and Valente were seen traveling to Costa Rica in November with her 13-year-old child, Benjamin Rein. and Vivian Lake, 10.

However, insiders reported that the two didn’t start dating until June 2023 People Magazine.

During the interview, the supermodel pointed out that this is something that happens to many women after their marriage ends.

“What happens to many women is that when they have the courage to end an unhealthy relationship, they are blamed and labeled as unfaithful,” Bündchen laments.

“They have to deal with their community. They have to deal with their families. Of course, for me, it’s just amplified a little bit.”
