The man won his second $110,000 bonus in six months.
A lucky guy from Wayne County, Michigan is celebrating after winning the $110,000 (Rs. 91,13,098) Fantasy 5 Double Play lottery jackpot for the second time in just six months.
The 59-year-old winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the winning ticket for the Feb. 11 drawing at a BP gas station on West 9 Mile Road in Southfield. Interestingly, this is not his first encounter with the lottery. He previously won the exact same jackpot on August 31, 2023, Fantasy 5 two player game drawingusing the same set of numbers (02-06-11-20-23).
“I changed my Fantasy 5 numbers after winning $110,000 in August,” Players say. “I took the ticket to the store to check and replay it. The clerk scanned the ticket, gave me one back, and said, ‘I think you won the jackpot!’ I thought: ‘No way, I can’t be that lucky. “I checked the winning numbers, and sure enough, I won again! I couldn’t believe it. I’m so happy to win!”
As he decided how to spend his windfall, the winner expressed his joy at his incredible good fortune. After paying off his debt with his first prize, he is now looking forward to enjoying his second win.
“With my first win, I paid off all my debt and now I can have some fun! I don’t have any special plans for the money yet, I’m going to sit down and take a look at my money.” Bank account for a while,” he said.
The player won his first $110,000 prize in September 2023 after matching all five Fantasy 5 Double Play numbers in the Aug. 31 drawing: 09-15-28-30-37. The winning ticket was also purchased at a BP gas station located at 19995 W. 9 Mile Road in Southfield.
