Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali talks about his directorial web series Constitution: Diamond Market And described it as his “biggest” project. The series is set in Hiramandi, Lahore (now part of Pakistan) and generally amid the many power struggles in undivided, pre-independence India, where anti-colonial independence movements were emerging.
Sharing the first look on Instagram, Netflix India wrote in the caption, ‘Here’s the first look of great Indian producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first series ever: Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Constitution It has been one of Bhansali’s most important projects.
Talking about it, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had earlier said, “It’s an epic, first-of-its-kind series based on the prostitutes of Lahore.
