The Great British Bake Offof Prue Leith Revealed why she will never use weight loss injections again.

She said she “absolutely hates” the timing of her weight-loss injections. “I felt terrible. I kept trying to sleep.”
Liss admits she didn’t do enough research and ignored instructions asking you to eat and exercise while getting the shot.
“I’m hungry, so my body just says ‘OK, since this is starvation mode, I’m not going to lose anything.'”
