“I used to get up and run a marathon,” she said, adding that she “can’t do that anymore.”

“I have to be very careful about the workouts I do. I still work out, but I do HIIT [high intensity interval training] Lessons, small strenuous exercise. I had to change my life a little bit,” she said.

Collier continued: “The good news is I’m now on medication and making lifestyle changes and I’m getting regular NHS checks, so I’m in a good place.”

She added: “I’m very, very grateful for this show.”
