Harris, the owner of Riverside’s Wreck Barber Shop, said he had been working with Chase’s family to find a recovery coach to work with the actor; however, “at that time he was not willing to accept the help of a recovery coach, even though he was receptive to the information.”

“So, we were able to call in another crisis team,” Harris added in the video. “They came out and evaluated him. Because he was mentally sound, clean and in no immediate danger, they were unable to take him away.”
