A portion of Hurontario Street in Mississauga has been closed due to a water breach.

Peel Police say northbound Hurontario from Dundas Street is closed and drivers are asked to avoid the area.

Peel Region told CityNews operations staff are investigating the cause.

However, they also say they do not have an ETA for repairs and cannot confirm whether it has affected buildings in the area.
