Swift’s latest act of kindness comes after renewed attention was drawn to how she rewards her Eras Tour team members for their work.

In the second episode, released earlier this month, Swift revealed that she prepared gifts for each team member at the end of each leg of the tour.

While Swift didn’t reveal the exact amount given to each team member, the docuseries documented their emotional response. In one video, production assistant Max Holmes appears shocked as he opens the envelope.

Swift also summoned onstage staff — including dancers and band members — to personally hand out the bonuses. Dancer Cameron Sanders reads his handwritten notes aloud.

“Dearest Cam, We have traveled the world just like we planned. We have dazzled the crowds, but we also miss our family. My entire gratitude is not coming from the bank, but here it is [bleep] dollars just to say thank you. Love you, Tyler,” he read, as the rest of the crew burst into tears.
