Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has said that only devotees holding valid online tickets allotted through electronic DIP will be allowed to enter the Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam on December 30 and 31, 2025 and January 1, 2026.

TTD said in a statement that devotees without online tickets will not be allowed for darshan on these days.

The special darshan will be held from December 30, 2025 to January 8, 2026 – with strict entry control during the first three days due to expected heavy crowd.

Online Ticket and Token Rules for Darshan Entry

TTD has made it clear that devotees receiving e-DIP tokens will have to report only on the date and time slot mentioned on their allotment. Entry at Tirumala darshan points will be strictly regulated, and requests for slot change or walk-in entry on restricted days will not be entertained.

Devotees who do not have online tokens are being advised to plan their visit between January 2 and January 8 – when Vaikuntha Dwara darshan will be available through the Sarva Darshan queue, subject to crowd conditions.

TTD said that crowd related updates will be shared from time to time through the Public Relations Department, SVBC and official social media channels.

SSD token suspended

In view of the increasing inflow of pilgrims during the darshan period, issuance of SSD tokens at Bhudevi Complex in Tirupati will remain suspended from December 28 to January 7. TTD has asked devotees to take note of this change and cooperate in the arrangements.

Preparation in Tirumala

Additional Executive Officer of TTD Ch. Venkaiah Choudhary said the temple administration has made elaborate logistical and security arrangements to manage the expected crowd during the darshan window.

These include queue regulation, entry separation, security deployment and monitoring of crowds within the temple premises and surrounding facilities.

What should devotees keep in mind

From December 30 to January 1, entry is only with valid e-DIP token.

No SSD tokens will be issued from December 28th to January 7th.

The facility of Sarva Darshan will start again from January 2.

Entry will be allowed only as per the allotted slot time.

TTD has urged pilgrims to follow the announced schedule and avoid unplanned visit to Tirumala during peak days, so as to reduce crowding and ensure orderly darshan for all devotees.
