“strange things 5 Volume 2 was a massacre…not that anyone died because by god this show had any stakes, it was just poorly written,” another lamented, while another said, “Volume 2 stranger things The S5 was okay, but I started to really dislike the constant explanatory dialogue. Additionally, no one dies, which is especially disappointing. The ending better be great, because if it’s not and none of the main characters die, I’m going to lose it. “

The show’s creators Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer stated that they did not intend to complete the series with extensive character changes like other shows.

“It’s not game of Thrones. We’re not in Westeros. i love game of Thronesbut it’s just a very different type of show,” Matt Tell hollywood reporter.

“There’s not going to be a Red Wedding situation. I think some of the things that happen in the finale are pretty surprising, but we’re not trying to shock or upset anyone,” he continued. “I hope that when people see the ending, they’ll feel like what happened was inevitable and feel not bitter but satisfied.”

The brothers also responded to Steve (Joe Keery) will die in the finale, as some dialogue released in the season trailer suggested this possibility.

“As for Steve’s fate. I don’t know. I can’t say. That would be the next logical step. He keeps getting beat more and more. The only way we can get any further is death,” Matt told the publication.
