jake paul Explained in detail about his “biggest mistake” against anthony joshua which proved costly Sixth round knockout loss,

Paul drove himself to the hospital and was eventually diagnosed “Double broken jaw” after brutal defeat in Miami.,

The American proved aggressive in the first few rounds and landed several clean shots on the former World Heavyweight Champion, but ‘AJ’ took control of the fight and dropped his smaller opponent in the fifth round and forced a stoppage in the following rounds, with Paul concluding that his stamina proved to be a major weakness.

When Paul was asked on his brother’s podcast Impulsive about the reason for his defeat, he said, “It was just mental.” “He was imposing his will on me and being huge, and landing the big shots, it goes downhill from there.

“I wish I had more than three weeks to prepare, build more muscle. Sit there and kill it. I should have gone higher to train, that was my biggest mistake. I felt good about it [the camp]I needed an extra level of cardio for this, and that can only come from going to altitude.

Paul then rejected the suggestion that the camp was perfect, with his mother revealing that he was “very ill” for 10 days at the camp.

“When we confirmed the fight I weighed 200 pounds, I had to gain more weight. Overall it’s a great experience to be with someone who is so good, I learned a lot, I see where I could have done better. I’m a little disappointed but I see how good he is.
