50 Cent has reportedly started legal proceedings to gain sole custody of his 11-year-old son with ex-partner Daphne Joy.

The lawsuit, which includes Joey’s name, was filed against Diddy by an alleged sexual abuse victim and makes a series of damaging accusations.
