The Kent police said 53 -year -old Patrick Moughan and 27 -year -old Owen Moughan were accused of murder after the death of a four -year -old boy, including two pickup trucks in Dartford.
Patrick Mughan, 53 and Owen Maughan, 27, both Hill Rise, Darth, from Darth, are scheduled to appear in the Sevenox Magistrate Court on Wednesday.
Two pickup trucks collided at New Barn Road at Dartford, Kent, just before 9.30 pm on Sunday.
Three people were required to treat hospitals including boys, a year -old girl who suffered minor injuries, and a 24 -year -old man who is in critical condition.
Both Patrick and Owen Mughan have also been accused of serious physical damage with intentions and an attempt has been made to injured two injured people with intentions.
The Kent Police has appealed for information about the accident which included two Gray Ford Rangers.
