Kupwara, July 24, KDC: District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) under the chairmanship of Kupwara Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today approved 242 cases under Mission Youth (Youth Uydamita Vikas Vikas) in the district.
It aims to review and approve the applications submitted by young aspirations under the Mission Yuva Yojana, which aims to provide financial assistance and capacity-building assistance to the youth to start their own business.
Officials of the concerned departments presented a detailed review of the applications. After careful investigation and discussion, the committee approved 242 eligible cases for further financial assistance and guidance.
DC highlighted the importance of mission youth in empowering local youth and helping them to make permanent livelihood. He emphasized the need to organize an awareness camp to attract more youth towards self -employment so that they could earn their livelihood.
The meeting was present by Addc Qupware, Mufti Fareed Ud Din; Assistant Director Employment, Arshid Qadir Bhat; Iffirs from DIC, Social Welfare, JKD and other concerned officials. (KDC)
