Two teenagers have been accused, and a 13 -year -old boy is desired, in an alleged attack of a pizza pizza owner in Oshwa, when he tried to stop them from stealing pop boxes.
An 11 -year -old man has also been identified as one of the suspects, but due to his age, he cannot be charged.
The Durham police was first called at the Pizza Store at 199 Ventaworth St. W in Oshwa.
It is alleged that one of the suspects jumped behind the counter and tried to take an item. The suspect was then encountered by the victim and a violent struggle.
Police alleged that many other persons again jumped behind the counter, attacked the victim and attacked.
A 13 -year -old girl and a 14 -year -old girl have been accused of attacking them. A 13 -year -old boy has been identified and wants to cause physical damage to attack, disrupt the police and fail to follow a release order.
A woman suspect has not been identified yet. He is described as a thin construction, long braids and black color between 12 and 15 years. He was wearing a gray T-shirt, spandex gray pants and black sandals.
The Durham police say the investigation is still going on, but there is no evidence to indicate hate that there was an aggressive factor in the attack.
Ferry Bansal, an employee of Pizza Pizza, spoke with Citynuse last week and said that the victim, who is a Muslim, had closed his hijab during a herd.
The frightened employee said that he did not hurt any racial slarses during the attack, but described his hijab as “completely racist”.
The victim, who said that he was in the 40s, was repeatedly punched and filled with stomachs and is recovering from his injuries at home.
