2 suspects targeted the second time for arson after the new development of Burlington

In a new development in Burlington, two suspects were wanted to arson, which was targeted earlier last year.

The Halton police was called to the development of the Branthven house on Turnberry Road near Apple Line at around 2 am on Friday.

It is alleged that two suspects threw gasoline at several townhouse units which were recently completed and ready to close.

He also threw gasoline at a fire between the newly constructed units before setting the gasoline on fire and running away from the scene, alleged by the police.

The residents of the house were able to escape, and there was no injury. Burlington fire included flames.

Both suspects are described as men dressed in all black colored clothes with facial cover and hood.

The complex is in the final stages of construction and contains a mixture of occupied and uninhabited houses. In October 2024, similar units were targeted for arson, but the police did not say whether the incidents were attached.
