A 14 -year -old boy begged, “I don’t want to die” when he was killed in the north Manchester,
The officials were called to the Nevin Road area of New Moston at around 5 pm on Sunday and the victim was found with a knife wound.

talking to Manchester evening newsA local resident said that the injured boy ran into his house while fleeing from his attackers, and repeatedly said: “I don’t want to die”.
He said, “He just came through the door and said, ‘I have been stabbed. We sat on a chair and called an ambulance. He just kept saying’ I don’t want to die,” he said.
Two boys aged 14 and 16 are subject to arrest on suspicion of murder and are being held on suspicion of assistance of a girl, 14, and women, 37, a criminal.
All four are in custody for inquiries.
GMP’s Detective Chief Inspector John Charlton said: “The incident would have shocked and unhappy the local community, and whatever he saw.
“We are deploying important resources to investigate the murder, and due to this the potential suspects were quickly identified.
“We are still trying to establish the entire circumstances around the incident – there will be a large police appearance and several scenes, while we continue to investigate this horrific incident.
“The boy’s family is being supported by our officials and we are firm to give them the answer they deserve.
“Despite making several arrests, this is still a live investigation, and we are looking for information, doorbell or dashakam footage, or eye witnesses from any person in the region at the time of quoting Log 2250 of 8/6/25.
