Toronto paramedics states that a person was declared dead after an external fire in northern York which has been extinguished.
The Toronto Fire Crew and officials responded to outdoor fire at the 4 Credit Union Drive in the Eglinton Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue area.
No other details have been released at this time.
